Kent County Council – Temporary Road Closure – Marshborough RoadMarshborough – 28th May 2024 (Dover District)

Due to works planned to be undertaken by Kent County Council, it will be necessary to close part of Marshborough RoadMarshborough, from 28th May 2024 with estimated completion by 30th May 2024.

Marshborough RoadMarshborough, will be closed between the junctions of New Street and Beacon Hill Road, between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 only, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The alternative route for any through traffic is via Marshborough Road, New Street, The Street, Guilton, Durlock Road, Lower Road, Fleming Road, Drainless Road, Beacon Lane, Beacon Hill Road and vice versa.

Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while allowing tree cutting works to be carried out, works are undertaken by Kent County Council.
