Trident Traffic Management Ltd – Temporary Road Closure – Woodnesborough Road, Sandwich – 29th September 2024 (Dover District)
Due to works planned to be undertaken by Trident Traffic Management Ltd, it will be necessary to close part of Woodnesborough Road, Sandwich, from 29th September 2024 with estimated completion by 29th September 2024.
Woodnesborough Road, Sandwich, will be closed at the railway crossing, between the hours of 08:00 and 20:00 only, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any Eastbound through traffic is via Woodnesborough Road, St Barts Road, Dover Road, New Street, Cattle Market and Moat Sole.
The alternative route for any Westbound through traffic is via Moat Sole, Cattle Market, Harnet Street, Strand Street, High Street, The Chain, Galliard Street, New Street, Dover Road, St Barts Road and Woodnesborough Road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.
The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while allowing crossing works to be carried out, works are undertaken by Trident Traffic Management Ltd.
